Excellent! Everything was perfect! The service was amazing. The food was so delicious. Everyone in my party of 6 ordered a different menu item and there no disappointments. We started the meal with the blue cheese fries and then I had the vegetable vegan plate. There were a few ingredients that i am allergic to but the chef made substitutions. A perfect entree for me #allergygirl ! Food: 5
Happy foodie Friday (well, every day is a foodie day for this gal hehe). Let's talk about my latest culinary adventure! Nirvana Grill is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped foot into the rustic haven, I was transported to a world of culinary bliss and warm hospitality. As a staunch supporter of farm-to-table dining, Nirvana Grill's commitment to sustainability truly shines through in every delectable dish they serve. My first bite there was of the Grandpa Michael's Kitchen Sink Salad a symphony of flavors and textures that dance on the palate. The red leaf lettuce forms a bed for an artful arrangement of raw beet, carrot, and celery, while heirloom tomatoes burst with the essence of summer. The candied pecans, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries add a sweet crunch that elevates the dish to a heavenly level. The raspberry balsamic vinaigrette ties everything together with a tangy embrace that leaves a lasting memory. Moving on to the Nirvana Vegetable Plate, this offering is a symposium of organic and wholesome goodness. Glazed heirloom carrots glisten like jewels, balsamic caramelized onions melt in your mouth, and the herb garlic mushroom ragout imparts an earthy richness. The sautéed zucchini and broccolini, dressed in herb butter, are a delightful accompaniment to the array of flavors on the plate. Oh, the Stuffed Poblano Chili a revelation for both omnivores and vegans alike. Roasted to perfection, the poblano chili is filled with a luscious concoction of fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, shallots, and cream, generously adorned with parmesan cheese. Opting for the vegan version is a testament to Nirvana Grill's dedication to inclusivity and choice, ensuring that every diner's preferences are met with open arms. The crescendo of my meal was the Pistachio Dijon Crusted Wild Chilean Sea Bass. This dish is a true marvel of culinary artistry. The delicate fish, encased in a pistachio and Dijon crust, is a testament to the chef's mastery. The beurre blanc sauce bathes the sea bass in silky elegance, while the caramelized leek mashed potatoes provide a comforting contrast. Asparagus with lemon oil completes this symphony of flavors, each note resonating in perfect harmony. With a farm-to- table menu that reads like a love letter to sustainable and mouthwatering dishes, coupled with a staff that treats you like family, Nirvana Grill is nothing short of a sanctuary for the senses.
