Wendy's - Lafayette

**** place to get food atOrdered Chilli from this place and received cold Chilli in a busted bag with food all over it.

I may have eaten here once or twice, which at both places could evaluate the food as a thoroughfare and this particular place has long waiting times on their eating together with their eating cold until they get their meal. since a worker told me how her manager picked up her pick-up cheese on the floor to put on the patty again, it was an absolute no for me.

That was the worst service I ever had with a wendy. we were in for a while. we ordered and said that we should wait for our order (with three other vehicles that have also waited). the young man brought a bag and we told him it wasn't our order. 15 minutes later he brought our 2 1/2 bags to eat. we had to go back to the restaurant and get for the ladies who ordered the baked kartoffels!

I bought a $5.00 biggy bag for my son and the burger had mold on it I called the store to speak with the manager and she said it was just flour in the batch of buns wow just wow

Wendy's has always been one of my favorite places for lunch but I was very disappointed in my visit to this location. First of all I ordered a 10 piece nuggets for my son and it was shorted by 3 nuggets. Not sure how anyone can miss count to 10 which makes me feel that maybe this is common practice at this location to short their customers. Secondly I ordered 2 spicy Asiago chicken meals and of all the years I've ordered this meal, I've never seen chicken patties this small. After spending over $30, I felt seriously shorted and totally unsatisfied with my order. Lastly there seemed to be a disconnect from the employees to the customer, giving you an almost unwelcoming atmosphere. I don't think I will visit this location again, and I hope that this is the only Wendy's I encounter that provides this poor level of quality and service.
