For my meal, I decided on the Tour of Italy, which includes generous portions of Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna Classico, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Both the salad and the breadsticks, alongside all my entrées, were delicious. I washed everything down with an Ultra beer served in a chilled glass. Our hostess and server were polite and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Had severe allergic reaction from the abbreviation order, problems with cross-contamination practices very clear, as it was the only thing I had eaten or was in contact with it, caused a reaction. both of the paints I called was left on an extremely long stop that tried to talk to a manager, although the second time that the manager reached me via voicemail and email because I left a negative answer. I don't think they'd have reacted or cared for unless I left this review because there was no point in finding a manager who should talk to me when I first called. When I finally spoke to them, the manager seemed to be infidel and I got the sense that they were completely infidel what I said. including in their e-mail even say: "they were not sure what would have happened to cause my reaction" and similar things to say about the phone, although I tell them I am allergic to shellfish that they have repeatedly on the menu so that just rub the wrong wise. manager offered me a refund and then couldn't find my order from my name or phone number or credit card number because I paid with a Pfelgeld. I don't know if they find my job for a refund and I said that I don't want a gift card to eat somewhere that I can't trust the staff not to almost kill me. I debate leaving this review because they made some negative half promise to make it right, but at the end of the day it is not a simple refund. if they have heavy food allergies, people must know that their current staff is not careful enough and they either need more training or are not careless. it is really disappointing because I never worried about eating in the olive garden in the past, but unfortunately this experience has this chain for me forever. to say a little workmanship that they do not follow to “take it right” with a refund also so that laughs and was the only thing I discussed with regard to the abandoning of this review.
Great service from Jesse! He was a great waiter and very engaging even at what must have been the end of his shift. The good was great!
Really liked the calamari, spinach and artichoke dip. Alfredo is always good. Had a great waitress.
I think this chain is overrated. Only good thing is the chicken parm. The breadsticks are just normal?
This is no longer the family-friendly easy set down budget friendly dining option. The trademark nostalgia remains, well trained staff and wonderful waiters, large enticing menu of familiar favorites, and enough cheese and carbohydrates to bribe any pinched wallet. There's a simple and smart selection of cocktails, drafts, desserts, and famous soups no one is quite sure how to pronounce any of those four. The salad showed up timely and filled up mixed right with the predictable big olives, zesty veggies, and luscious dressing sure to overturn any diet goals. Us eight people had come for a birthday party celebration and so it was right throughout the night! But for me there are many other more well-rounded chef oriented local spots like Town and Gown Bistro, Red Seven, and even Cheddars that do not silence my whole day's sodium requirement in one dish! I looked up afterwards seeing that the eggplant parmesiana I ordered had nearly 2,000 mg of salt! That is rather insane on any level. Maybe back when value was the word here we could excuse the nutritional fallout; but at these new post pandemic annual earnings PowerPoint presentation goals, I don't see myself ever thinking overprocessed high sodium America pretending to be Italy again.
