Start me! The buoyancy is sometimes secured, but no worries! Your beautiful staff notices that and immediately sends someone who receives all cars orders so that they will be ready until you, make it to the window! It is a great idea and makes how a long wait in a fantastic system of distribution looks! I suspect who came with this idea must have been in the logistics in the armed forces. Maybe FEMA could use some pointers!
