Debonairs Pizza - Ladysmith

Buying online or on the app service is very poor. I went to collect the Pizza after 40min only to be told that they never saw my order. They had to create the order at that moment and had to wait. Service: 1

Just had the utmost terrible experience. When we inquired about a menu item, we were ignored and not even looked at. The person behind the counter just pointed to the cashier. The cashier is standing behind the counter, yawing and chewing on gum whilst assisting the customers. The whole atmosphere at the establishment was unfriendly. The staff are more interested in leaning on the counters and engaging in their personal conversations than assisting customers. It seemed like none of the staff actually wants to assist you. To add on to that, in the half an hour that we waited for our order, the surroundings were terrible, the seating area is dirty and not tidy, with papers laying around etc. Nobody even bothered to call out our number to tell us that out order was ready. When we actually walked up to the counter to ask, our order was already standing there. I will not reccomend or support this establishment again. If I could give it a zero rating, I would! On the othet hand, Steers, just next door gave us excellent service and food. It is sad to see how debonairs is lacking compaired to other fast food establishments. I am sure that the Debonairs franchise had an reputation to uphold and I am sure that this paticular franchise is not doing it any good.
