It was quiet and the food was good. Service was exceptional. I greatly enjoyed the fajita salad. The guacamole was delicious as well. The server was attentive and friendly. View all feedback.
What Kathy Orkin doesn't like about Ay Jalisco 4:
With so much going on, it was overwhelming for this restaurant at Spanish Springs. We sat outside on the patio. We got the chips and salsa, but had to ask for flatware , napkins and water. The lady in front, I think the owner was running the cash register, her tables inside and our table. Maybe they were short of help. I ate so many chips waiting to place an order and then wait for the food. Staff tried to wait on us... View all feedback.
Great food and service, albeit slow. There is a car show on the Square every third Saturday so the restaurant was packed. Probably 80-100 guest. Only four servers though, hence the slow service. We respected they were busting their tails though. Probably a good idea of management to check out the calendar for the square. Been this way for a few decades. Only bad thing was the caso. Definitely pass. Pudding consistency.
Extremely slow service and there was only one more couple when we came in. We chose this place because the Cadillac Margarita was highly recommended. But I have to tell you that I was very disappointed. I am proud to know who has a good margarita, as it is my favorite drink. I have to tell you it was a disappointment. We ordered appetizers and they tasted like a teenager in the microwave. So we haven't tried for a meal.
Absolutely terrible experience. We waited a long time before they even brought us water and 45 minutes later to get food. The waitress never came to us and my water was empty for my whole meal. The staff was rude and the food was disgusting. The rice was dry, uncooked, and the chicken. Hair on my plate, cheese was so thick that I couldn't even eat it. Menu is vague, I thought I had ordered something completely different and there were still things missing. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and so were the floors. Chips were also stabbed. Never come back here, please don't waste your money, time, calories. Taco Bell was better.
We had a wonderful dinner tonight. There were 5 adults and a 2 kids (3 year old and a 1.5 year old). The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped entertain the kids and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect. I would recommend the sangarita, frozen and just strong enough! ? we enjoyed all our entrees and they were even able to accommodate my father who is picky and vegan. They even swapped out his refied beans for black beans. We can recommend the veggie fajitas, pineapple chicken fajitas, pork tacos, and the steak. You also get your money?s worth with the kids chicken tenders and fries. We can?t wait to come back next time we visit ?
Sorry but I cannot overlook the filth we saw this evening . There was a paper on the floor for an hour and a half , no one picked it up, everyone passed by it in the middle of the restaurant. Bathrooms were gross and the back , oh my gosh look at those floors. Water fell , took 30 min for someone to clean it up. Can only imagine how the kitchen was in the back. Not returning and the health department should do a few surprise visits.
