Nekter Juice - Ladera Ranch

The first time people were great today. The height of excitement wants to be coto types of Ladera, which I witness these two interact with them to make saints. LoL to this whole wannabe complex. Typical new money / no money syndrome

I wanted to try their new elderberry smoothie, so I ordered an online for pickup and it was delicious! Not too sweet as I love. They seemed busy today, but my drink was on time ready and the staff was nice, so no complaints! This place can be quite expensive for a drink/bowl, but it is worth if you want a refreshing treat! Your açaí bowls are always really filling, and I love the granolas they put up.

Not quite sure why it takes this location a minimum of 25 minutes to prepare an order via the mobile app. I could have a 4 course meal prepared in that time. Today, 10/8 @12:45 we picked up our mobile order and instead of 2 bowls, we received a bowl and a smoothie. Unable to go back to exchange, as most people who order via the mobile app are in a hurry. I called the store to advise I wanted a refund for the missing item and she blew me off saying she would process a refund than later admitting it has to come from HQ. I asked for her name, however she refused to give it and hung up. In this case, the money wasn?t the issue as much as holding people accountable for mistakes that effect others.

I?ve ordered the açaí banana berry bowl twice at the same time as other customers and both times I?ve received significantly less of the purée and toppings as the other customer. This wouldn?t bother me so much if the bowl was $5 6 dollars but for $9 it?s not worth it. These were a fun treat for my son and I to share but now we will just make them at home.

I hiked four miles and was ready for a nice smoothie. I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie... they gave me a strawberry and blueberry fruit cup. ??
