Still the consistently good Chinese food in the immediate vicinity. The Restuarant has long been there and the dining area is carried. On the day we were there, there was only one server and she did an amazing job considering that she did everything alone. The crab Rangoon was salty. The General Tso Chicken was great, but the broccoli was cold. View all feedback.
What Tyson DuBuque doesn't like about Dragon Cafe:
The crab rangoons and sweet potato roll were amazing but the garlic chicken and combo lo mein were not. All of the meat especially the chicken tasted old and reheated which is very disappointing I did not want to waste it but it was not good. Plus we got a combo meal and they forgot the soup. And the egg roll was greasy and not crunchy. View all feedback.
$60 for lunch for 2 and they served raw Calamari and undercooked shrimps. Just eat here if you want food poisoning.

HORRIBLE. Had peanut butter chicken and sauce had no peanut butter, essentially a clear corn starch coating and was an inedible $20 meal. The combination of fried rice was good, sweet and acidic sauce was thin as water. This is not the first disappointment of them, but it will be the last. $40 for fried rice, crabs Rangoon and nasty peanut butter less chicken.
$47 for 6 dumplings, spider and shrimp tempura rolls, cup of egg drop soup, and chicken lo mein with a side of fried rice. The food was very bland and okay, it cannot be described better. Dough of the dumplings was slimy. The fried rice can hardly be called fried, it was just steamed rice tossed in soy sauce and a piece of scrambled egg put on top. Rolls were both unappetizing, but at least they looked pretty. Lo mein and egg drop soup both tasted extremely bland and old. I don't imagine myself visiting here again.
I ordered take out using the Beyond Menu app. Staff at the restaurant was very nice. I have ordered from Dragon Cafe before and I think this might have been an off night for them. The chicken Lo Mein was just OK and the hot sour soup tasted off like something was missing. On the other hand the pan fried dumplings were quite tasty and easily the largest dumplings I've ever had in Omaha.
