Jersey Mike's Subs - La Verne

Placed an order,stood there and waited,as everyone behind me passed me by .They never even started my sandwich.So I left.

Did a mobile order for an Italian sub with no oil and vinegar when I got there they were still making my sub and I saw him put oil and vinegar and when I asked him if he put it on he said no but I opened it and I smelled it and it smelled like oil vinegar so I asked him to make me a new one. It took 10 more minutes to make me a new one and I didn't even get an apology because he lied to me, or did I receive any appreciation for waiting for my new sub to be made. Disappointed with the service.

The initial mistake is that my wife told me that she placed the order under my name. When I entered the store there were four employees behind the counter, exactly one order in the pickup area, and zero pending orders on the counter. When I was greeted, I gave my name and told them I was picking up an order. The first girl glanced at the pickup order, then they all froze a moment. Their eyes kind of glossed over and I could actually see their brains begin to spit out error messages. They began to wander about in little circles approximately three feet around their starting positions, their faces gone slack and without expression. One girl meandered over to the walk-in cooler, opened the door and sort of leaned in, tilting her head in the same way that your dog does when he pretends he 's listening to you when you know full well that he doesn 't understand a single word you 're saying. Finally, one clerk thought to ask the first girl, What was the name? I repeated my full name and she said, There 's another order there with the same last name. VICTORY!!! Aside from the initial confusion (which gave me quite a laugh) the service was quick, professional, and cheerfully polite. My food was great and was prepared exactly as ordered. Thanks, Jersey Mike 's, for an amusing experience.

Went in tonight on 11/8/23, ordered a #56. Watched them make the sandwich and mess it up. Transfer the meat over to a new bread slice, once I got the food and went home there was little to no meat or peppers in my Philly cheese. I paid 20 for the worst Philly cheese Iv ever had here. 20 F*cking !!!!

It's my first time here or any of Jersey's Mike's. The kids who work there, Amazing Although they are probably in college I loved my the original Italian sub with extra tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and jalapeños made Mike's way.
