Arby's - La Vergne

I had a sandwich and fries. The most basic of the basic you can possibly get here. Not even the Beef n Cheddar. Just a sandwich. About 2 hours later, I spent the next 12 hours glued to the restroom. It was bad. I felt like I was prepping for a procedure. Almost couldn't go to work the next day.

Last time we were here, (a couple of weeks ago), we ate in. Today we drove through. Both times, mistakes were made in our orders. Last time, they gave us both regular fries, even though I ordered curly, and that's what was on the receipt. This visit, my husband ordered a sandwich and a cherry turnover, but the turnover was neither in the bag nor on the receipt. I specifically asked TWICE for Horsey Sauce for my 2 roast beef sandwiches, and was given Arby's sauce instead. It would be nice if the employees could listen to what they're being asked to do, and provide customers with what they order.

I’ve ordered DoorDash from Arby’s multiple times. Once (at most) out of 10 times have they actually remembered the au jus sauce for the French dip. Not to mention the drink is always wrong. It seems as though little effort or thought it put into delivery orders, which is disappointing to say the least.

I visited the Waldron Rd. location in La Vergne just before 4pm on 1/13. The lady at the drive thru was so nice! It was so refreshing to be greeted with kindness and a smile. I thanked her for being so friendly and she asked me to write a review, well here it is! Whatever you're paying her DOUBLE IT!!

They never open when they say they are supposed to. They should update the hours if they are not opening at 9:30am.
