A gourmet restaurant! I fell by chance on this restaurant, after a long day walking on a piece of GR 34. On my hardened mine, the boss opened me in advance, offered me a tea until the service started. It is followed by an extraordinary meal: veal with wild mushrooms, bouillabaisse house with local fish and brioche lost (not for all: caramel with salt butter. A concert of flavors, fresh, crunchy and excellent taste surprises, whatever the dish. Let's cook perfectly mastered and all this in a great kindness with a lot of professionalism.
