We stayed the the Hotel de la Sage while hiking the Haute Route, and were delighted with the dinner provided. The salmon baked in pastry was just about the best main course we had during out two week trip across France and Switzerland, so that says a lot! Nice eating to cheap trips. it is a real tasty to eat and stay while on the haute route. nice terrance to sit outside.
