I had a 22 euro set menu: 6 good oysters, a mediocre rayfish (too much butter), and a fromage platter with 3 standard supermarket style cheeses. Indifferent service. I would not recommend it. View all feedback.
In September we had lunch over several days. Never disappointed. Service is rapid and pleasurable. The menu always has interesting choises ant reasonable prices. Seafood is of course the prime, but their puddings (deserts9 can be worth a detour by themselves. Great atmosphere and of course busy. Reservations recommended.
Lovely fresh seafood, prawns and great home made puds. Not been disappointed in 6 years! Simple, relaxed, a favourite place with great memories now.
We have been here on every visit to La Rochelle. This time it was Sunday lunch. Great service friendly, professional and perfect timing. We had oysters, white fish and ray with a great cream and thyme sauce. The creme brûlée was heavenly.
