Duke's - La Puente

This is a wonderful little Hamburger shop that has good food. it is clean, cheap, and will make it anyway you like it. they also have breakfast and dinner. it is not beautiful, but it is clean and comfortable. for the industry that surrounds it, this is the biggest plus. If after the thick, two inch burgers in exotic food channel sauces, surrounded by French pastries buns, you must go to Santa Monica. If you observe your fat and cholesterol intake, you will find a restaurant near Cedars-sinai Hospital. this is a working man (and woman) Hamburger-Gelenk. the only reason I didn't have it was 5 stars because I wasn't restaurants 5 stars. Only my mother's kitchen gets 5 stars, and she's gone, bless her soul.
