Taco's El Rey - La Mirada

I'm a very picky eater because of a nerve damage I have, which influences how things taste. These tacos were sooo good for a moment I forgot I had this disability. All I've tried so far is delicious. I wish that would be closer to home, otherwise I would be here every week.

This place has the BEST birria de chivo hands down!! They don't always have it on the menu but when they do I'm definitely ordering this plate... Comes with beans, rice, birria, and four tortillas de maiz... I can't eat beans so I get double rice... The serving could be a little bigger and that's the ONLY reason I gave it a four outta five stars!! Jose and his wife are real friendly too!!

Meat was the Asada. Everything else was really good!! Finally, our Taco spot found after testing all local places and trucks.

Very good Mexican food and largely reasonable prices. A friendly staff and a clean facility help complete a beautiful experience. I had chicken enchiladas, Tacos al Pastor and Chili relleno. All were good. Parking is limited and it is at a busy corner, but every smaller inconvenience is worth it.

My favorite dish here is Carne en su Jugo, but in general, all the food is very tasty and Jose and his team are very friendly
