Dairy Queen Grill Chill - La Crosse

Extremely poor to no customer service-ordered ahead of time and went to pick up my order.I waited 30 minutes inside and not one employee came out from back or acknowledged that I was even there.I ended up leaving and going elsewhere to get my ice cream cake.I will never step foot inside this place again.Shame on you.

The girl at the drive through window around 1:30 had the absolute WORST attitude I’ve ever seen. I understand people have bad days and that’s completely understandable but I handed her my card mind you I was saying something to her and she slammed the window closed. Came to get ice cream to celebrate my daughter at 8pm. Ordered our ice cream and then sat at a table and a couple minutes later the night manager comes and grouches at us to leave because they are going to be cleaning. All orders will now be to go. They are open until 10pm...and we had to sit in the car to eat our ice cream. Not a great way to treat paying customers!

Went through the drive through. Dark skin dude with black beard was super chill and friendly. Asked for ketchup and got enough unlike other fastfood places. Cheese curds were fresh!!! Gave us the wrong icecream at first but without even asking corrected it!!! Cannot stress enough how great of an employee the guy was!!! Seriously made me wanna come back and enjoy more delicious food!!!

No toast with chicken tender basket because it was not out of the freezer. Told we'd get extra fries but didn't.
