Very nice atmosphere, with very characteristic paintings. The food is excellent, but the meat of the cut is very tough in some parts (I ordered a medium cooked cut), otherwise the first courses and starters were very good. Good food but very poor service, we were practically invisible: people who arrived long after us were served, we waited more than an hour and a half between first and second courses (despite having ordered first and second together), no customer-staff interaction. The well-renovated tavern is located in a historic area of Latina. The service is very friendly and helpful The dishes are well presented. The former are abundant and sometimes too seasoned. My cut was tasteless , unfortunately the meat wasn 't tasty, too bad. I also tried the shank which was presented to me pulled . The flavor was good but not exceptional. The first with the oxtail was very good yes... the cheek tasted by the neighbor... was tasty and soft. The focaccias were fragrant and well seasoned The dough was well risen and light. The environment is nice but the veranda is a little chilly with non-thermal break windows. I would improve the choice of meat and it needs to be completely reviewed in my humble opinion. It should definitely be tried again in the hope that the sore point will improve.
