Music was so loud the teller couldn’t hear me. Ended up using outside tables to eat as it was just purely irritating

Service is friendly but the beggers outside put the place down big time though.

Pathetic, slow, staff couldn't understand order, card machine broken, slow till lady, untidy store and I missed an appointment because it took them 30mins to make an order that I telecalled in for.

They are clueless, ordered 3 ice creams… didn’t have the dips… staff messed up our order JUST FOR 3 ice creams had to have the manager assist us as they didn’t know what to do… very rude staff

I never had the most pathetic box of chips. Look looked shrapnel from a bomb explosion
