It seems that they tried to perfect the recipe. it is crispy on the outside, but still moist and dark green on the inside. they also use sesame seeds, which is a beautiful supplement. if they get some of the more expensive sandwiches, they use a special brot, like Iraqi samoon, which is fresher and has a better mouth feeling. get the full falafel added with hummus. it's great.
No delicious food after the renovation! completely changed. from the variety to the taste. but the restaurant has a large room. to be updated more by tasting all sorts.
