What User doesn't like about Oasis Southwest Grill:
We ordered two fish dinners and a New Yorker steak. The fish was well-cooked, but only one of us touched the sides. The manager, a blonde woman working the night shift, was quite rude and argued that the sides had been eaten, even though they were still on the plate. We came from out of state and got gas from across the street and thought Oasis was promising. Upon arrival, we were asked by the hostess if we wanted to sit in the bar area or dining, then she wanted us to pick where we sat? We have no idea where we are going so? We then were seen by a waitress for our drinks, then waited for a while before being asked what we wanted to eat. Then waitress number 2 came and asked us in a rushed manner what we wanted. I asked what side was the best and the waitress looked at me like I was an idiot. We waited for almost 30 minutes on our food (2 burgers, baked potato, mashed potatoes) and when we got it by waitress number 3, we both got incorrect sides (French fries) our bacon wasn’t done on the burgers, lettuce was brown on edges, and no seasoning whatsoever. We asked for the right sides and we asked for the bacon to be cooked correctly and we got them and the bacon came back boarder-line BURNED!! We didn’t finish our food or wanted it boxed up and we had to flag down waitress number 4 for our check. Horrible food, horrible service, and horrible attitudes.
Out meal was really late because they lost out ticket in the kitchen. Then waitress just could not count my change right. She kept counting it back to me wrong. Shorting me money. I would try this place again but we were trying to get home and spent way too much time there waiting for food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
