Kuopio is a fabulous place to visit in winter... who didn't want to ski in the middle of town! It is a 4h train ride through stunning scenery from Helsinki. Some great places to eat when you arrive. The best is this place, Ravintola Urban. Small daily change menu often attracts you. Have a honey beer with every dish!

Amazing value for money: 12€ lunch with cooking, a main course and some sweet coffee. Very affordable, but also good quality lunch wine available.
We had a private party of 25 participants in the restaurant. Perfect service, menu and wines. I can recommend by my heart this restaurant.
