Domino's Pizza - Kuna

I ordered pizzas from several Dominoes locations for high school events here in the Treasure Valley. Other stores were professional, communicative, and prompt. This store, however, fell short on several things.Firstly, the employee who took my order was clearly being trained on how to take a large order on the spot. They didn’t allow me to pay over the phone, despite that being the norm at other stores. When the day of our event arrived, our pizzas were not ready. Despite the fact that I asked for the pizzas to be delivered at noon, their employees told us that we had ordered them for 12:15, and then later said that we had actually ordered them for 1:00. The students who we were providing pizza for patiently waited for the delivery to arrive, almost an hour late. No discount—or even an apology—was offered to us. If you need to rely on a pizza delivery for something important, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

We have only delivered so far but pizza hut messed up.. And now we are a domino's lover now.?

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I have never seen a place so unprofessional in my life, drivers openly admiting to being drug users, pizza being kicked back up to the counter before be cut and served to customers, music with obseen profanity while kids come with parents to pick up food. Severe lack of professionalism from managers and staff and needs a huge overhaul

Ordered a pizza online through my account so I could get my bonus points. As usual the order which was supposed to be ready at 5:30. No order showing , couldn't find my name either even though it was ordered through my account. . Girl took my order and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. At 5:30 )Paid her . Finally started asking where my Pizza was at 6:00pm. Couldn't find my order again . 6:25 finally got my pizza. Manager has told me no discount no points unless ordered through app.

Didn’t realize the time and got an order in for delivery at 11:58pm, gentleman showed with a smile and as nice as can be within 20 minutes with a beautifully presented pie that far exceeded my late night expectations. A
