Have heard so many bad comments about Pice especially its branch at Kumasi mall. But I had a wonderful experience when I went there. Waitress was friendly, very good reception and good food. I think the management deserves credit for change of things View all feedback.

service always worst today and remember that I have been very patient. I tried to be a loyal customer in the midst of all bad reviews, because they were local and all, but if they ever waited for them for more than 3 hours and were interwoven by a supplier who would not come to their door, although it rains, they would understand. I decided not to take care of their services again. View all feedback.
So we just ordered a chicken sauce from pice and they literally just send us water wit curry and like 3 pieces of diced chicken for GHS 30. Do not venture there if you want to eat. Thier food is just horrible. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
Visited around midday today to grab lunch. Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude and unresponsive to genuine queries . The waiting period was over thirty minutes and no one bothered to offer any explanation. I won’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your money and time.
They always bring me a wrong order and I have to send it back. I did a takeaway once at their Ayeduase branch and they still managed to get my order wrong. The food itself is great but it’s a few times undercooked. And the portions occasionally differ for the same price of the same meal. Same with the accompaniments. Their customer service could be better too
