Steghouse Baltic Sea Resort - Kroeslin

Unfortunately we were very disappointed on 28.07.2019. We regularly visit the restaurant as locals. But this time, as a family with children, we waited for our food for over 1.5 hours. On request, the very experienced chef said, that's normal because we had an appetizer and slip back in the course of the dishes. What's that bullshit? Our kids can't eat because we had an appetizer? The suggestion on our part was not perceived. The chef said if guests come later and get dinner before us, that's normal. He also has enough guests and is not dependent on us. The food then came with such a bad quality as I get it better as an amateur at home. I had ordered pork fillet (dead have fried death, not pared, stretchy sauce fillet heads (is surely cheaper), also enrolled homemade roast (unfortunate fried potato talers). I complained about the food and still liked to pay for it, because the chef hadn't even put his ass in his pants. We will no longer visit the restaurant and also recommend zero. The disappointment to be treated as guests sits deep. Last but not least, great praise to the service, which have tried to save the situation.
