Fuumi Sushi Vaagsbygd - Kristiansand

Fuumi tries to make good sushi. it's also a bit high praise. I tested them for a month and the quality is very variable. I have experienced too much early onspring onion, so all the others were killed when I decided next time without bad results. last time there was a freak in norway, and on some nitrilperück there were clearly fulcal fish. as a HT fan it was with excitement that I decided for fuumi, just one crash. Good food, stiff prices. Fuumi provides flexibility in the menu. Asked to get only salmon and tuna on the nigiri, and got it. Unfortunately it costs a bit much, but the sushi is very good. The staff is also very nice.
