Traditional Norwegian food served in a modern way try the tasting platter called mauledmad as seen in the picture. Even the kids tasted some of the more scary parts. : å

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of having a dinner that we have not eaten in a long time.Roe deer medium-rare delicious! I wish I had ordered RAW ... Heaven in the mouth. Lovely lamb. All culinary accessories are perfectly matched. Waiter service nice, quick and patient. Breaking a glass does not impress the service. With a smile, they offer a new one and ask if we're having a good time with them. A WONDERFUL PLACE, THE CHEF OF THE KITCHEN WORTH THE MICHELIN STARS. Despite the lack of a reservation, they found a place for us. These people take pleasure in serving the customers. I recommend .. a wonderful showcase of Kristiansand.

Great (local food. Been here several times. Sometimes the waiting time from ordering to delivery at the table is aweful, other times it's fair. I've experienced the food to be served after 20 minutes and up to 85(! minutes, without a full restaurant. For the food I'm willing to come back, but it's not my first choice for dining out because of the unpredictable wait time.

The most overcooked piece of salmon ever, protein oozed out, consistency was utterly dry and sticking to the teeth which ruined the rest of the dish (vegetables), which were delicious. Same went for the steak that was well done instead of medium.
