I recently visited Alyva and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Although the kebabs were decent, the customer service was terrible and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. When I asked the server what sauces were available for the kebab, she responded with a rude and dismissive tone, telling me that the options were listed on the menu. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it certainly wasn't the kind of experience I was hoping for. Even though the food itself was decent, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unappealing. The staff seemed uninterested in making customers feel welcome or comfortable, and the decor and ambiance were lackluster. In summary, my visit to Alyva was extremely disappointing due to the terrible customer service and unwelcoming atmosphere. While the kebabs were decent, I will not be returning to this restaurant and would recommend others to find a more welcoming and customer-oriented dining experience.
