Good evening. Today, I ordered 4 pieces of shawarma with a special request for no paprika. When I went to pick up my order, they had mistakenly added pepper instead. I asked them to fix it and waited six minutes for the correction. Once it was done, I took the shawarma home to eat with my family. However, the shawarma was very hot and had a strong peppery taste, which made it difficult to eat. The children couldn't even eat it! I suggest that the management take special measures to ensure that orders are prepared correctly so that customers don't waste their money. I picked up my order at Ketskhoveli 65 and found that the staff were slow and uncoordinated.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. However, when attempting to order online, some issues arose. On one occasion, they included unnecessary items in the order, and another time they made the wrong shawarma. Recently, when I ordered three shawarmas, they arrived 10 minutes late and the staff explained that they thought I wouldn't show up, as they had mistakenly marked the order as being for pickup at a different location.
Indeed, shawarma and deneré are very tasty here. Better than other places of the same name in the city. But the line is long. It would be great to make the room bigger. But, alas, you won’t get carried away on this penny ... So, I recommend it to fans of this type of fast food, despite the queues, it’s worth a visit.
