Hello, today we visited this Turbo Pizza in Kralupy Nad Vltavou. We 've been coming here for a long time and the food was always good, tasty and the service was also great, but today was almost the last time we went to eat here. Let 's start with the service that wouldn 't deserve a single star, we were served by a younger lady who was very unpleasant and tried to kick us out. She reached for the food with her gloves ALSO for the MONEY, as she was in a hurry she threw the food and as for the money, even though she had fifty crowns in the cash register, she gave us back HUNDREDS in CHANGE. After that, during the selection, she was heard saying, do it, I 'm hungry . This behavior is really rude and the lady deserves to be fired. NO ONE WILL SEE US THERE ANYMORE AND WE WILL WARN EVERYONE!!!!

It's a bad thing, whether we picked up the pizza on the spot or had it delivered. In the pizzeria, hygiene is at freezing point and the service is weak. I would say that the couriers are probably trying, but if I order a pizza in Kralupy, I live in Kralupy and I wait more than 2 hours for it, then something is wrong.
