What Benny Hansen doesn't like about Nobu Intercontinental Hong Kong:
The 1st NOBU restaurant that we approve. The food was good and so was the service. The only thing they need to work on is the shrimp tempura, not very crispy. The sashimi and nigiri were very fresh. The view of Hong Kong’s amazing. View all feedback.

Restaurant location is good, sitting on the window with the unbeatable view, the staff are friendly and attentive. the foods were, however, only comparatively so with all fresh ingredients. there was not even a court surprised us in the whole Grandmakase menu.
Good ambiente with friendly staff to accommodate with all allergies. we have tried the Nobu signature tasting menu and their summer omasake. eating is tasteful and beautifully served. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a beautiful Japanese meal and an incredible prospect.
Restaurant with beautiful view, opposite victoria harbour. delicious food and good service. we are trying on the washing tea set, reasonable price. there is a good green tea.
I was staying at the Intercontinental and decided to come down and check out their happy hour specials on offer from 6-8pm. It seemed like not everyone knew about it, because they had to check if it was happening and gave me the wrong menu. I started with the Tonimomo which was very good and then the Matsuei Sour, which was more sweet than sour. I also tried the grilled shishito peppers and the sashimi tacos. The grilled peppers were fantastic, the tacos were okay. The menu is very limited and a little pricey for what you get. Honestly, come for dinner but do happy hour in the hotel lobby. It's at the same time and the menu is much larger and everything is at the same price point.
