Food was okay... Ambience is great But the rooms are not that hygienic.. my blanket was dirty and stained. The phone in the room does not work, tried calling reception 10 times but they did not respond. On enquiry they told that the phone ain't working. Staff is courteous and gentle. Overall experience is okay for one night Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3

Poor room maintainance.bed sheets are torned,no basic amenities like refrigerator for cold water etc.morning buffet was not prepared and well organised...very bad experience at this price.hotel should take necessary action for improvement

Worst experience ever , I visited with my family on 26 of December 2022 having booked two rooms . The experience was totally poor . The TV was not working when I complained about it to the manager let me face his rude behavior . Will never visit again . Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Yesterday I went for my ielts speaking exam, it was really bad experience for me . I request to all the student plz don't book your exam in this hotel , my speaking test was thought vedio call.... There were alot of problems such as network issues, voice of examiner was not clear , even he door of the room was closed by the staff member. My exam was conducted on 3rd floor and during my test there was party going on 1st floor, one can easily imagine how hard it would be for me to concentrate on my work, one of my family member asked the receptionist (women) not to play music , she replayed very rudely .
