Texas Roadhouse - Kokomo

This place makes me so happy. The food has always been so good, the staff do an amazing job given the fact with how busy they are, they still come out on top! The prices are affordable even the steaks. Definitely the most delicious and affordable places to get a good steak. Thank you TXRH

The service is on the hill. seems like steak will never be cooked to what is asked, and we will be seasoned. the toilet room is characterized as a home and smells worse than a home (not clean when I visit). I also asked for a second cup ranch and after eating the half of the cup I found a whole piece of burying in the bottom of the ranch. not only that, our server said the manager would be direct to speak and never on the table. they met three strikes for me, so I doubt I'll be back soon. I would hate to say it, but cracker barrel and outback have better tasting steaks and it's sad. I even ordered a house salad and got it after my meal. the waitress forget that I ordered it as a page and I waited a good time because I had to say something to remind her that I never got it back. every day I had literally passed several bad things. only positive at all times there was one of the workers in a green hemd, congratulates me that I became vater to my 5 months old. she was definitely nice and had a quick convot about her children.

Walked in with a party of 11 and said that we could be seated as 5 and 6, so there was not one big table and it would be easier for waiters to manage. We were told that they could not accommodate such a large party, so we offered to sit as 3, 3, and 5, so that the tables would not be as large. Even after this, we were told that our party was too large to accommodate and that there was a wait list of an hour that was full, and the kitchen would close before then. The manager then came and said that our party was too large too accommodate and that we could have a good night. As we were walking out, another party of 3 walked in and they were immediately seated without a wait. It is completely unreasonable that a restaurant would turn down paying customers just because they were a big party. Ridiculous. To top it all off the manager was snarky and totally unprofessional. Do better Texas Roadhouse! Have a great night.

5 July, 2022. We’ve never had such poor quality food at a Texas Roadhouse before. There were parts of other meals on our plate. I paid extra to have my under cooked steak smothered with sautéed onions and mushrooms, but they were barely warmed up. Got loaded steak fries that looked and tasted as if they were 2 days old and reheated in a microwave. We ordered the world’s smallest country fried chicken, I mean country DRIED chicken, there was nothing left to it, I could have crumbled it into a fine dust. We had cheddar cheese in our Caesar salad. The dip for the blooming onion needed stirred, I’m not sure what was was floating on top, there also must be some sort of shortage because they hardly put any in the cup. The manager was busy which is fine, but we would have waited to speak with him, instead they sent the greasiest guy from the back to assure us our food is cooked properly. I very obviously have two perfectly functioning eyes, maybe I just needed to squint, I’m not sure. The manager put a local hero discount on our check for 20% off our meal. If they would have asked, we would have gotten those discounts anyways, but it’s the thought that counts I suppose. I’m not one to really complain but cmon, absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed to say the least. We left our full plates at the table and paid for our meal. No doggy bag or anything, my poor dog deserves better that. Our server Morgan was very kind and willing to help so we do appreciate that, we feel bad that she has to split her tips.

I've frequented this?Texas?Roadhouse?location in Kokomo, Indiana, since way back in the day when I was a young teen...? This location sometimes isn't perfect when it comes to wait time, along with poor quality service and time management...but I digress...?? Nevertheless, outta all the times I've been here to this particular location over the years, there have been a handful of bad experiences, but in the long run, generally overall, it's usually a good experience...?? The food is very excellent, and overall this is my most favorite?steakhouse?establishment outta any based on price and food quality, it's very yummy...??
