Rally's Hamburgers - Kokomo

1. I was shocked to see how rude the cashier stringy haired girl thin and glasses we was trying to order and soon as told her what I wanted she wouldn 't even give a milasecond to say what I wanted it didn 't want on it.. before she chimed in and was like loudly... what do want one it..!! She exclaimed.. very bad attitude. 2. Fries was hard and tasted odd? 3 boyfriend got a cheese cake sundae thing he was like taste This so I did..it just tasted funny to? Then we noticed the guy that was behind us that ordered the cheese cake sundae to, took his back and traded for chocolate..so it wasn 't just us, my fish sandwich was good though. Other wise it all sucked royally..I will not be eating there any time soon

The date is Sunday June 18th and I just left your store approximately 20 minutes ago and upon ordering my food at the walk up window the gentleman who was working the sandwich assembly line proceeded to smash a rectangle garbage can and its contents down with his gloved hand then he proceeded to make my and others food with the same gloved hand. Since nobody wants to answer the phone at the store directly I will be contacting corporate either tomorrow morning or Monday morning. This is a ridiculous and blatant oversight and a egregious sanitation violation

Rallys has the best French fries always hot and fresh,the Carmel and strawberry sundaes was amazing even with the crunchies on top..the young lady at window appeared furstrated but in retail of any some time it is very challenging she handed it well.Keep up the great work

Stopped by for a drink and some fries. The fries were good. I have tried this chain several times, and I wouldn't write home about them. You can make up your own mind.

As time goes on it seems like The quantity size amounts of the product example like fries is getting smaller and the prices seemed to be going up, Stopped in there the other day, Ordered 3 rally burgers, 3 small fry, , Not happy with any of this , The Rally Burger shows cheese on it, Order taker did not ask or say anything about wanting cheese so I was Expecting cheese came on The burger, As for as the small fries. There was barely 4 or 5 bites of fries in each pod. Such a Very Disappointing Ending of a very good day
