This McDonald's has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not only did they lose my mobile order this young boy came outside curb pickup) and told me several times it wasn't his fault nor was his problem. I had to tell him several times to walk away and get away from my vehicle. I had to be at work and was now late dealing with this disrespectful kid, so I tried to call them atleast 20 times for noone to answer.... View all feedback.

Awful! They make you wait at least 10 minutes just to place your order, and then you wait another 20-30 minutes to get your food, even if it's something simple. It doesn't matter if you're the only one in line, the wait is still ridiculously long. View all feedback.
Usually have pretty good luck with this McDonald's. Always good service, store is clean and staff is for the most part very friendly.

This McDonald's is the friendliest one I have ever visited. Even the other customers were kind and polite. Kudos to them.
I visited your drive-thru and noticed that the lights on your menu were out, resulting in me accidentally ordering the wrong drink. I had wanted a frappe but received a mocha instead. After going inside and attempting to rectify the mistake, the staff did not take the time to ask me what I had originally wanted. Despite showing them my receipt, I was still given the wrong drink. Eventually, I got the correct Carmel frappe, but it looked very poorly made for a three dollar drink. I was extremely frustrated by this point and expressed my dissatisfaction with the staff. They seemed irritated by my complaint. I did not even end up drinking the correct drink as I threw it out the window out of concern for its quality. I will be sending photos to your corporate office. Overall, the customer service was very poor.
Despite being overwhelmed by the tornadoes that hit Kokomo and left many people without power, every staff member at this place still managed to provide excellent customer service.
