The operator is not vegan when I asked, but was friendly and happy enough to take this vegan money and go home and probably spend it on chicken or other animal abuse that was a bummer but par for the course here in KP, where I still belongs to a single full vegan and operated business of any kind. Small stable on the market that offers 100% vegan food, Middle East, Falafel, Hummus, vegan burgers and Kombucha. I had the falafel plate and it was absolutely spot on! The Pita was super fresh and perfect for diving in hummus. Friendly staff and very affordable prices. Very recommended, will definitely try again, more articles! #Veganuary Updated by previous review on 2022-01-02
Green Gallery's restaurant is gone, but there is an an outpost a small outpost at the night market and the food is all plant-based. She didn't have the sushi unfortunately, so I had the shawarma plate and sampled a falafel. The falafel was refreshingly very nice and crispy and hummus was acceptably palatable. The shawarma was mediocre, turmeric tofu with small chewy but bland mushrooms. The operator isn't vegan herself, when I asked, but was friendly and happy enough to take this vegan's money and go home and probably spend it on chicken or some other animal abuse which was a bummer but par for the course here in KP where I have yet to fine a single full vegan owned and operated business of any kind.
