My wife and I were looking for a place to dinner on our slumber week and almost randomly stumbled at this place from outside it looked like a.
We ended up falling off at la dolce vita. it was our second (and last) night in the car, we wanted to sit outside, and we were there.
We had a nice meal in this restaurant on Monday evening. there is an extensive Italian menu and eating was absolutely delicious. sergio, who took care of us for the evening, was wonderfully so attentive and gave us many information about the menu....If you definitely recommend it, this family restaurant and look forward to coming back in the near future.
Not far from the Eigelstein Gate, this restaurant was busy when I arrived there for lunch. varied but mostly Italian menu, lunch was a good part. so worth money. I would not recommend to walk in the whole city to come here, but if they are in the opposite, this ia a good choice
I regularly visit La Dolce Vita and I have never, ever been disappointed. The restaurant is located at 10 minutes walking distance from the cathedral on the iconic pedestrian square next to the ancient Eigelstein town gate with its scenic atmosphere. Gas burners and blankets...allow sitting outside even, when the weather is a little chilly. The chefs work at a constantly high level, service is awesome, prices are moderate. I strongly recommend ordering main dishes from the frequently changing seasonal menu (hand-written on a black board or on a separate sheet in the menu). Order starters (try vitello tonnato) or pizza from the regular menu. 5/5 in every respect.
