Falcon Creek Spur Steak Ranch - Knysna

I have never had such bad service at Spur. We first went in the morning after our arrival in Knysna and waited for more than 30 minutes to get service. 3 tables sitting next to us that arrived after us were served first. The waitress told is that it was because of the kind of meal we ordered, yet we only ordered fish and they ordered meat. I thought maybe, I was overthinking things so we went again only to have the same experience and then we decided to go to another restaurant.

Good food. friendly staff. good view of the lagune. beautiful location.

The breakfast was very nice with friendly service. price on breakfast was reasonable and the place is very clean.

Never disappointed by this incentive of my local track, personal always friendly. I've never been a problem in a lot. others then that only their typical track.

The personal is great. the low rating is for eating. the restaurant was not particularly busy. Maybe the chef had a bad hair day. the food came to lukewarm, the plate was cold. I ordered an over burger with chips and wobble rings. the chips were floppy, the two-rings were only a buck of limp cut tweeping in oily crumbs. the burgerpatty was overboiled and shrunk, on which search forlorn on the bungalow. it was really disappointing and not worth the price tag.
