The reservations for our work group weren't prepared when we arrived. We waited over half an hour to be seated, only to find that our chairs were squeezed together. After more waiting, we were finally moved to a more comfortable arrangement. The service was slower than usual, but I understand that it was the holiday season. My husband and I eat at this location, and we can not say enough about the experience. We eat out a lot, and this was hands-down some of the best costumer service that we have had in a long time! From the beginning when we were greeted at the door and hostess stand, to the service from our waitress, to the conversation with the manager to express our pleasure in this visit, to leaving.
