Hardee's - Knoxville

Ordered and paid for two sandwiches. Drove off and started to hand out the other sandwich to my son and it was a pile of sauces and condiments. Won't go back they can keep that $5.

The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Service wasn't good at all today. This particular Hardee's was in Southside Richmond. The employees didn't speak other than asking what we wanted. The cashier made no eye contact. We dined in, and business was slow. The floors were very greasy, which worried me about falling or slipping down. There was no clutter or debris on the floors or tables, which was nice. Bathroom floors were greasy as well.

Bathrooms were filthy and encountered the rudest employee ever. Was driving through and stopped to use the restrooms and was going to grab something to eat but was so turned off by the filth and the rudeness of the employee on the front line! There was a injured stray dog on the premises and being from out of town, I simply asked if there was a local dog pound or animal control I could call. The “I don’t know” in the rude and nasty tone was despicable!! “I don’t know” translated to “I don’t care and leave me alone”. The tone was hostile, unfriendly, and unwelcoming!! There was no way I was going to have my family eat anything there and be served by someone so rude and nasty!! There is never a reason to be unkind!!!

We ordered burger, no onions. There were onions mixed in with the lettuce,

I went to hardee's today for lunch and my experience was awesome! My chicken tenders were fresh and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing! On top of that the customer service was amazing! Great job! I will be returning!
