So be grateful for a healthy, fast food place with friendly service and affordable! It is difficult to find such devotion in the present time of the satisfaction society. My favorite cafe!! Fresh, healthy, delicious menu. The cafe is immaculate and inviting. The owner, Grace, is a total delight! I found Fruition many years ago while living in Knoxville. I immediately became a frequent customer. I now happily live in Florida. However, one of the few things I miss; Grace and Fruition Cafe. The menu is exciting, fresh and diverse. Literally, there is something for everyone. There is nothing served here less than delicious. My favorite is the tuna melt on flatbread. Best tuna melt on the planet!! Of course, if tuna is not your choice, you have many options available when you can choose bread type, veggies, cheeses and condiments. May I also recommend the pasta salad for a side. Grace makes the pasta salad fresh daily, you won't be disappointed! When you're ready for something sweet, Grace makes creamy delicious smoothies and ice drinks. You must try Fruition! Best cafe food in the area. Enjoy!!!
