Contribute FeedbackWe had made reservations, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the woman at the takeout counter yelled at my son, who has autism, and my father, who has Alzheimer's, telling them they would have to wait 25-30 minutes. We were then seated by Joy, who immediately expressed her dissatisfaction with her job, stating she worked 7 days a week and wished the day was over. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Additionally, the restaurant did not honor the discount offered on the online app I had downloaded, Famous Dave's, so we had to pay full price. I will not be returning to this location. Joy clearly needs a break, as she was rude and unhelpful throughout our meal. Each time we asked for something, she responded with a curt "HEARD". I wanted to remind her that good customer service is essential for a good tip, as I typically tip 25% or more. This restaurant is not recommended for anyone, as several people even walked out while we were there.
The service was acceptable and the food was mediocre at best. I'm not sure how this place gained its reputation.
