De Vuurtoren - Knokke-Heist Belgie

My recent visit to Heist led me to discover the charming restaurant, De Waterlijn. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly manager, Alesia, who welcomed us with a warm smile. She allowed us to choose our table and recommended some of the restaurant's specialties. Being by the sea, we opted for a seafood-focused meal. I started with the garlic scampi, which was delicious. For my main course, I enjoyed the seafood paella, which was perfectly cooked. To end the meal on a sweet note, I indulged in a chocolate soufflé dessert. Alesia's hospitality and the overall dining experience were exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Overall, a fantastic meal.

The meal was delicious, especially the coconut curry mussels. The owners of the restaurant are very friendly and the ambiance is pleasant. We definitely plan on returning!
