The hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. the personal was super friendly and service-minded. we have booked a 90 min spa visit that had 6 different... read more The hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. the personal was super friendly and service-minded. we have booked a 90 min spa visit that had 6 different saunas, 2 pools, 1 jacuzzi and 1 cold tub. the music in the Turkish sauna was a bit too loud and they played disco music that was not very relaxing. next to the music selection we really enjoyed the spa. the room was really nice and clean and had a small balcony. they also had quite loud music on the bar terrace to approx. 12 o'clock we found unnecessary, there was no gas out there. we ate two pizzas for dinner in their restaurant. good atmosphere, good service and beautiful pizzas. dessert was also good. the breakfast was fantastic. they served a large buffet with everything we want, also my sugar-free soy milk! overall an excellent hotel that we definitely recommend!

I love this place until a party runs. 1 on a weekday tomorrow!, the reception has no way to stop it. high music, high beats, I was awakened several times by the music. how pleasant this is. and that removed my original 5 stars comment to this hotel, hotel is a place where I want to rest.

Unfortunately, our third visit was not as good as the first one. we always book the family package that includes many different activities. the activities listed on the website were not even available. I asked the recipe in the spa about the children manicure, but as she was falling down, she could not help me. So she asked me to come back for 14 o'clock the next day. Check-out is however at 12:00. another disappointment is when we check in, the recipe does not mention anything about the family package. shouldn't that be in the system at check-in? we also had to inform them about what the package contains. we had to ask for the welcome package. the children's cocktail and egg certificates were also gone, so we had to ask back and after. they ran out of the ice cream voucher and the recipeist said there was nothing he could do, but I said, but I can only ask him about the bar right? When I went into the bar, I was hit with a traitory bar type and he asked me if I was sure this was included. that leads to a rather disappointing stay.

A modern hotel near the airport. even after the upgrade, the room was small, compared to hotel rooms in other parts of the world. cozy, cozy beds, but for a fiv... read more A modern hotel near the airport. even after the upgrade, the room was small, compared to hotel rooms in other parts of the world. cozy, cozy beds, but for a five-star hotel they lack a few bases. no safe or minibar in the room. despite spas in the hotel, no home shoes. several functions on tw not work, like pouring, hbo and netflix. the breakfast buffet is good, but not exceptional. Shuttle bus was also not available. taxi to the hotel costs approx. 550 and 800 when they use the hoteltaxi.

Unfortunately, as they failed to inform us that it... read more Highly disappointing, considering the price, and in general. We booked a ~300€ package which included a meal. Unfortunately, as they failed to inform us that it contains nuts, so one of us could not eat it. Even after informing the staff about a severe food allergy, no alternative was offered. After check-out, we noticed that we had forgot one expensive trousers in the room. We called to ask if they could send us the trousers, not even 30 minutes after check-out, sharing the room number and place where it must have been. This did not move them to actually check the room or inform the cleaning personnel. Instead, they only send a mail half day later that nothing was found by chance. All in all, we would definitely have expected a significantly higher level of service with this kind of hotel.
