A&w (bukit Tinggi) - Klang

Good food but delayed service, I guess due to staffing issues.

It was meh. The air-conditioning in here was bad, making the dine-in experience a bit of a meh. Didn't get me sweating but a little hot. Luckily it was raining a bit outside. This was my a&w after quite some time but It wasn't as pleasant as I remembered as for taste and price. The table didn't feel clean, mozza burger patties taste dry but the curly fries were packed to the container which I appreciate. Only the fish chips taste fresh.

Nice A W restaurant that is located inside Petronas Bukit Tinggi, which is very convenient. The restaurant is clean, and in order as they just completed their renovation. There are not many seats here but should be sufficient. Overall, the restaurant is in good shape. However, there is not many staffs working here, only 1 person doing all the job at the counter: taking order, payment collection, preparing food for customer, baking pancakes beverages preparation (including float for root beer). This cause longer waiting time. Hopefully they could have more staffs here, to ease out the poor guy working alone here (bravo to him as he is not taking any breaks at all).

Food preparation's quality is inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Hate that they serve cold fried stuffs to the customer. When fried food becomes cold and soggy, you can imagine how it affect your mood of the meal.

I love A&W honestly but this branch gave me a cold and reheat my curly fries as is they from the air fryer! The coney dog was OK.
