We had the tasting menu the food was quite excellent. Service still has room for improvement. Unfortunately the plates smelled of the sink and the cutlery was not polished for this price range a 'NoGo'. we've been in london since his beginning. the best Japanese restaurant in the city until this date. there are many copying catastrophes, but they do not reach the same overall level. we have lived in ny the last 8y and also there we have come since the beginning. ny never reached the level of london. this week we were three times to zuma in kitzbuhel and this is very close to the london norm and much better than ny.... The quality of eating and its presentation is exceptional! great selection, it is difficult to decide. very variable in quantity, how much they want to order or eat. a little blurs the type of operation. it appears quite six different services at the table. in English, sometimes in German. music appealing, but also in two, entertainment is difficult. but they like to buy this for quality!
Delicious food. music was too loud. service substaffed. we had to refill weed and glasses ourselves. in addition, there was no language skills.
A visit is worthwhile and remains unforged. open wein in too high price were irritating. 35 €, for an achterl were new to me. international team I find great, creates a very special flair. pity that the reservation only max. 2 hours, we are sure to come back, this great environment and matching background music were good with us. astrid
Excellent eating and service, music is too loud for a conversation.
Eating is excellent. unfortunately the kitchen is not flexible. at the menu it is not possible to change a dish even if all eat the same. the employees are mostly very arrogant. otherwise everything is great.
