Burger King - KITTERY

This was the best meal I have ever had at Burger King. The French fries were hot and fresh with just the right amount of salt. Both our burgers, the Bacon King and Impossible Burger, were perfectly assembled with lettuce and tomatoes evenly distributed (often they are sloppily made, but not this time). The woman with glasses and long dark hair who worked at the window around 7 a.m. on Sunday, February 13th, deserves praise. Thank you for the delicious meal, you have made me a Burger King fan again.

This was my first experience using Door Dash, and unfortunately, Mozzarella sticks were not listed on the menu. I decided to call the restaurant to see if they were available, and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and flexibility of the woman who answered the phone. She promptly added the Mozzarella sticks to our order and provided excellent customer service. I am grateful to her for turning what was a frustrating evening into a much more enjoyable one. Thank you!

The service was indifferent. There was no greeting and the credit card was dropped off without any comment.
