This location is not on Hampton Inn's list of food choices close by. Had to google it. But glad I found it just down the street from Hampton Inn in Kitchener. Clean, no line up, in and out. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
We met up with friends for breakfast but for some reason there were many people standing around waiting for their order. People were getting frustrated at the long wait after they ordered their food & some even walked out before ordering. Two of us stopped in for a quick supper. My order was a quarter pounder BLT combo. I usually request no onion but forgot, which I only realized when I sat down to eat. So I was so focused on scraping the onion off, that I didn't notice there was no bacon or tomato on the burger. Got to, literally, the very last bite and was full, so offered it to my husband and was about to tell him not to worry, there was no tomato - he hates tomato - and suddenly realized there was not only no tomato, there had been no bacon either. I was stunned that I hadn't noticed, and didn't quite know what to do. So I went to the counter and explained what happened and was INSTANTLY offered a full refund and asked if I wanted a replacement! I said I couldn't possibly eat another, and the manager gave me a code for a free one next time I was in!I was completely impressed by this and it's reassuring to know they have such high standards of customer service. And the non-BLT Q-P tasted good too.Nice job McDonald's.
Hey, it's a Mc Donalds! I've been to this location on many occasions and have never had an issue. Clean sitting area, clean washrooms and pleasant staff. Tonight, the staff were great and helpful. It's a safe bet that you will get what you're looking for at this location.
I was on the way to work and decided i needed to eat before going.I stopped in at this Mc Donalds and grabbed a double quarter pounder meal. I have no issue with the quality of the meal or my counter service.I do have an issue with who I think was the manager and the way she treated her staff. She was constantly berating the people in the area and I could see that they were ready to cry it was that harsh.I think some managers have to learn (especially when their actions can be seen by clients) that there is a difference between being a boss and using negative feedback to try to get what you want and coaching people how to do better. The interaction of who I think was the manager and those around her made me and another patron uncomfortable.

The grandchildren loved playing here and of course eating. Clean and great staff. Friendly and happy to serve you.
