I also asked to substitute a bottle of water for the soda included in the meal deal, but was informed I would have to pay an extra $1.10 for that, even though I didn’t want the soda. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time, and there were three employees behind the counter along with a cash register in front. While it's understandable that restaurants can make mistakes, this experience was simply not acceptable.

However, when I got home, I found mayo on the sandwich. I tried calling multiple times to speak with a manager, but they stopped answering and hung up on me. I was particularly concerned about the mayo because I've had issues before. This will be my last visit to this restaurant; the employees don’t seem to understand what is being said to them, and the management is unresponsive. Additionally, the restaurant itself was quite dirty. I would advise staying away.

I ordered online and picked up my food, but when I got home, it was all incredibly soggy, including the salad. I called to complain, and they said the best they could do was have me bring it back for some fresh food. This isn't fair; I shouldn't have to waste my gas to return it when the issue was their fault to begin with. Additionally, there was barely any meat on the chicken. I will never return to KFC again, specifically at the Highland Road location in Kitchener.

Stopped in for a quick snack as we were visiting the city.I was surprised to see how outdated and old/gross the bathrooms looked at this location...these could use a good cleaning and an update.Also when we went to the fountain machine there was a huge puddle of water on the floor, so I told the woman at the counter and she told me there was a mop in the corner like she expected me to clean it up....she then filled a bucket of ice from said machine getting more ice on the floor and didn't clean it up the entire time we were there. Sure there was a wet floor sign but a mop would have fixed the situation.Poor experience overall for sure likely won't return.

This needs to be close. The first time I went there, I arrived home with my order. I realized they missed my drinks, and they also cut one piece of chicken.Last week I said let's give them a second chance; I ordered four pieces combo, and when I got the order, I checked before I went home. There was no drink, the chicken was dehydrated, and the fries were burnt and cold. I told the girl reviewed the food was very cold and burned.This is not KFC standard. We have to report this place to the HQ. I wish I could give zero stars because it is zero recommendations.
