Went to Harveys today. There was this employee named Lucas who was very friendly and polite with us as opposed to rude staff most of the time. He has a very welcoming smile and knows how to serve customers. Excellent customer service!! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Harvey's:
I bought a poutine when I opened it, it was full of a lot of gravy. I took it up to show the staff in a polite manner and they started to deny what I was telling them. Asking if I looked at the bottom and saying they put an exact measurement of gravy. (Given, I should’ve asked for light gravy). What upset me was they acted like I was making this up.
