I ordered mild hot sauce thinking it would be at the spice level equivalent to Frank's Red Hot or less, and personally, I can handle more heat than Frank's comfortably. Oh my goodness, from the first bite to the last bite, this meal was amazing! I had a burrito bowl with rice, pulled pork, black beans, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, corn, jalapeños, burrito sauce, and medium hot sauce. I highly recommend it.
